The 7 coves you'll visit
The order and time at each cove adapt to your preferences and sea conditions. Here's what we have for you:
Capellans Cove
Small cove with fine sand and turquoise waters, accessible from land but much more beautiful from the sea. First anchorage of the route, ideal for a first swim.
Llenguates Cove
Discreet cove sheltered by cliffs, with shallow rocky bottoms perfect for snorkelling and spotting rockfish.
Cala Vinya
One of the most photogenic coves at the Cape, surrounded by pine trees down to the shore. Small, intimate and with especially clear water.
Penya Tallada
The icon of Cape Salou: a vertical rock formation that drops straight into the sea. Perfect spot for photos and deep-water swimming.
Font Cove
Larger cove with services on land. Good place to anchor longer if you want to eat on board and mix a bit with the beach atmosphere.
Cala Crancs
Iconic Salou cove with its famous pine tree over the water. Calm waters, sandy bottom and plenty of snorkelling near the rocks.
La Pineda Beach
To finish (or start if we go in reverse order), we sail along to La Pineda — wide beach, skyline view and calm waters perfect for the last dip of the day.
