A private route that combines the best of the Costa Dorada: Cala Mora, with clear waters and a relaxed atmosphere, and the silhouette of the Tamarit Castle, a 12th-century medieval fortress overlooking the Mediterranean from the top of the headland.
The castle, privately owned, does not allow landing — but seeing it from the water is the only way to truly appreciate its dramatic setting atop the cliffs. Full day with plenty of time for a swim, photos and paddleboarding.
What we are going to see
The skipper adapts the pace to the group and the sea.
Salou Port
Departure at 10:00 from the Marina. Briefing, boarding and the start of sailing on a northerly course.
Cape Salou
We skirt the Cap Salou, sailing past some of the most beautiful coves (Penya Tallada, Cala Vinya) in calm cruising.
Cala Crancs
Optional stop at this iconic cove with its famous pine tree over the water. A good spot for a first swim.
Cala Mora
We anchor at Cala Mora — clear waters and a more relaxed atmosphere than the tourist coves. Time for swimming, snorkelling and paddle.
Tamarit Castle
The highlight. A 12th-century medieval fortress on a promontory above the sea, surrounded by pines and with an adjoining Romanesque church. We anchor nearby for spectacular photos and a final swim before heading back.
